Note:

1. All notarial acts require PERSONAL APPEARANCE and proper identification of all parties.

   • I make no objections; please don’t ask me to violet the Notary Public Law 

2. If it is a Will OR Power of Attorney document, it needs to be witnessed by Two people. 

   • You need to bring two witnesses with proper identification - I cannot be one of the witnesses. 

3. I am NOT an attorney and have no authority to give advice on legal matters.

 Steps to ensure a smooth Notary signing experience

1. Verify your identity - applies to all witnesses too. Please bring a valid form of ID. 

2. Examine your documents and perform Signature in my presence if the document wording says so:

• Review of your documents is essential to ensure that they're complete for notarization. Dates and names must be correct. I am not an attorney, so cannot give legal advice; however; I need to make sure Notarial facts are correct on documents. 

3. Record and complete Certificate(s)

• A seal and Signature will be affixed onto the notarial certificate and a recording of the notarization will be kept as per State guidelines.
